Arclign Ltd is registered in England and Wales. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through our website and services, in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Enquiry and contact forms: name, work email, company name, website URL, budget range, message
  • Demo bookings: name, email, company, preferred meeting time
  • Resource downloads: name, email, company, phone number (optional)
  • Email communications: content of messages sent to us

  • IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
  • Browser type, operating system, device information
  • Pages visited, time on site, referring URL
  • Cookie identifiers

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, political opinions).

  • Modal.com — backend API host, data in transit only
  • Email and calendar tools — e.g., Google Workspace
  • Analytics providers — anonymised analytics tools only
  • Professional advisers — legal, financial, accounting advisers under confidentiality

We do not share data with AI platforms or third-party advertising networks.

6. Data Retention

  • Enquiry/form data: 24 months from submission (or until ongoing client relationship)
  • Client data: duration of engagement + 6 years thereafter
  • Marketing data: until unsubscribe or consent withdrawal
  • Website analytics: 26 months maximum (anonymised/aggregated)

8. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels by default.

Where processors operate outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards including UK adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the ICO, and Binding Corporate Rules where applicable.

10. Security

We implement encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of form submissions, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission method is 100% secure; please contact privacy@arclign.ai with any concerns.

11. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a website notice and email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
